Dates: 8 weekly online classes:  Wed 20th May for 8 weeks
Time: 7pm – 9.30pm

Day of Mindfulness Practice: Sat 27th June 10am – 3.30pm
Venue: This course will be run online through Zoom. This is an easily accessible online forum. A link will be given to you at the beginning of the course. Telephone support is available prior to the course to support you in getting up to speed with this technology!
Cost: €365    €50 deposit

During these times of financial strain a sliding scale concessionary rate is available to those on reduced income or unwaged. If this course feels right for you please do not let finances be a barrier.

The pre-course information evening is a free introductory information session. It offers participants an opportunity to receive more in-depth information about the course before beginning the training, and to meet with the facilitator Paula.
